Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and target-driven Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in the real estate or residential construction industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate qualified leads.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential customers.
- Explain project features, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain accurate customer data and daily updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and project teams for seamless customer support.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of Inside Sales experience in Real Estate or Residential Construction.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: Best in the industry + Attractive Incentives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
