Job Summary

We are seeking an execution-focused Maintenance Executive to join our manufacturing plant. Instead of managing isolated equipment, this role is responsible for the systemic breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance

The ideal candidate must possess an even split of electrical automation and mechanical skills required to troubleshoot high-speed, continuous-motion production lines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and checklists.
- Coordinate with production to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Ensure safety and GMP compliance.
- Maintain critical equipment such as bakery, powder, and packing machines
- Support installation and commissioning of new machines.
- Execute shift-wise maintenance across a diverse plant profile, including industrial thermal/baking setups, bulk dry powder handling, continuous extrusion/slab-forming lines, and packaging systems.
- Troubleshoot 3-phase power distribution networks,



variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLC input/output hardware faults, control sensors, and hardwired safety circuits.
- Repair and service material conveying systems, high-torque industrial gearboxes, pneumatic control valves, air compressors, and process pumps.
- Enforce strict Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures and ensure all technical interventions meet hygienic sanitary design and GMP standards. Ensure maintenance activities comply with HACCP, FSSAI etc.
- Track and maintain inventory logs for critical engineering spares to eliminate emergency equipment downtime.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical.
- 2 to 4 years of maintenance experience in Food/FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of motors, pumps, compressors, PLC basics,Flow wrap ,VFS Pouch filling machine ,Baking Oven and utilities is an advantage.

* Candidates from FMCG background will be preferred.

Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
