Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices to develop and maintain scalable backend applications in the banking domain.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Core Java
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Robust knowledge of Microservices Architecture
- Experience developing REST APIs / Web Services
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of Hibernate / JPA
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong banking domain experience

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Digital Banking
- Exposure to Digital Onboarding
- Experience with Customer Onboarding
- Knowledge of e-KYC / KYC
- Exposure to Account Opening / Customer Journey
- Experience with API integrations
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications.
- Develop scalable and secure Spring Boot microservices.
- Design and integrate REST APIs with internal and external systems.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries.
- Participate in application design, development, testing and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production/application issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, DevOps and other technical teams.
- Follow coding standards, best practices and Agile development processes.
- Contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.
