Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven AMS & PLA Marketing Executive to manage and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns and Product Listing Ads (PLA). The ideal candidate should have experience in marketplace advertising, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to drive online sales and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities ∙Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) campaigns. ∙Manage Product Listing Ads (PLA) and other marketplace advertising campaigns. ∙Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for better visibility. ∙Monitor campaign performance, including CTR, CPC, ACOS, ROAS, and conversions. ∙Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement. ∙Coordinate with the design and content teams to create effective advertising creatives. ∙Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective campaign spending. ∙Stay updated on marketplace advertising trends and best practices.
Required Skills ∙Knowledge of Amazon Ads (AMS) and Product Listing Ads (PLA). ∙Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central is preferred. ∙Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel. ∙Understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign optimization. ∙Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications ∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. ∙1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably with marketplace advertising.
Preferred Skills ∙Experience with Flipkart Ads or other marketplace advertising platforms. ∙Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce product listings. ∙Google Ads certification or other digital marketing certifications is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,855.13 - ₹40,741.11 per month
