Grey Ink Studio is looking for a Technical Interior Draftsman with strong experience in technical drawings, consultant coordination and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings and execution details.
- Develop detailed joinery drawings and furniture detailing, BOQ's
- Coordinate drawings with MEP and other consultants.
- Manage drawing revisions and timely drawing package releases from studio to site.
- Coordinate with site teams for technical requirements and clarifications.
- Review drawings for accuracy, detailing and execution feasibility.
- Guide and manage junior draftsmen/drawing team members.
- Maintain drawing schedules, revisions and project documentation.

Requirements:

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in interior design
- Experience in F&B; and retail projects is required.




- Strong command of joinery detailing, furniture detailing and construction details.
- Excellent understanding of interior working drawings and execution drawings.
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Experience coordinating with MEP consultants and site teams.
- Ability to manage and review work of junior draftsmen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.
- Practical understanding of site execution and material detailing.
