Role description

Key Responsibilities

- Planning, organizing and drafting valuations reports and associated deliverables

- Building, reviewing and auditing financial models

- Preparing financial models as per the industry best practices for large diverse corporations Experience of working on financial models involving infrastructure projects would be a plus but not a pre-requisite

- Project managing valuation and broader corporate finance engagements such as model audit exercises, liaising with other stakeholders to ensure timely and high quality delivery to clients

- Having knowledge and hands-on practical experience of business valuations for tangible and intangible assets. Experience of purchase price allocations and valuing complex financial instruments would be a plus but not a pre-requisite

- Working closely with directors and team members on client management, practice development and business development initiatives

- Assisting with research, marketing and execution of corporate finance engagements
