Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop concepts and designs for campaigns, branding, and visual communication.
- Produce high-quality visuals for print and digital media including flyers, brochures, infographics, social media content, website graphics, and other marketing collateral.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and follow best design practices.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously,
ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Present creative ideas confidently and participate actively in team brainstorming sessions.
- Take ownership of your work and proactively suggest improvements to enhance design quality and impact.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software and editing tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (strong Canva skills required).
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills are essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
- Strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and take feedback constructively.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- High level of creativity and a solution-oriented mindset.
