Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Job Application Assistant to support candidates in securing job opportunities in the USA and Canada market. This is a non-voice role focused on resume creation, job applications, and candidate coordination through chat and email. The role requires strong attention to detail, basic understanding of job portals, and the ability to manage multiple applications efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Resume Creation and Optimization

- Create and modify resumes based on candidate profiles and job requirements
- Customize resumes to match job descriptions and improve selection chances
- Use tools like ChatGPT to enhance resume quality and effectiveness

Job Application Management

- Apply to relevant job openings on behalf of candidates across multiple job portals
- Track and manage all applications systematically
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of applications

Candidate Coordination (Non-Voice)

- Communicate with candidates through email and WhatsApp (chat-based only)
- Collect required information, documents, and confirmations




- Provide updates on application status and next steps

ATS and Data Management

- Update and maintain candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Track application status, interview updates, and outcomes
- Maintain structured data in Excel sheets for reporting and tracking

Job Posting and Research

- Post job requirements on different platforms when required
- Research job opportunities relevant to candidate profiles
- Identify suitable roles based on skills, experience, and market demand

Required Skills

- Positive written communication skills in English
- Basic understanding of resume building and job applications
- Familiarity with MS Excel and data tracking
- Ability to work on multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in night shift

Qualification

- Graduate (B.Tech BCA and Bsc.it)
- Freshers can apply
- Prior experience in backend operations, data entry, or recruitment support is a plus

Compensation

- Fixed salary of 15,000 in-hand
- Incentive of 3,000 per successful placement (no earning limit)

- This is not a recruiter or sales position
- Role focuses on backend support, coordination, and application management

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
