We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry / Computer Operator to support our day-to-day office and online operations. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining company data, as well as assisting with website-related and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update customer, product, sales, delivery, and other business information accurately.
- Maintain and organize digital records, files, reports, and documents.
- Handle data related to SVM Readymix and assist with updating information
- Verify data for accuracy and correct errors when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data reports using MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Maintain records of orders, invoices, customers, suppliers, and other operational information.
- Assist with basic computer and office administration tasks.
- Coordinate with accounts, sales, production, and delivery teams for data collection and updates.
- Ensure all confidential company information and records are handled properly.
- Perform other computer/data-entry tasks assigned by management.

Requirements





- Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Valuable typing speed with accuracy.
- Ability to maintain records and work with large amounts of data.
- Basic understanding of website/online data management will be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
