Position: Centre Manager – Clinic

Location: Kochi / Thrissur

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensure smooth functioning.
- Manage front office, patient coordination, and administrative activities.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor consultation-to-treatment conversion rates and treatment package sales.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise clinic staff to ensure high performance.
- Ensure excellent patient experience and address patient concerns effectively.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, billing, inventory, and clinic maintenance.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support local promotional activities and increase patient footfall.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or service industry management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets.
- Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
