- Coordinate with Head Office for all initial showroom setup requirements.
- Follow up on civil work, interiors, branding, furniture, IT, electrical, and other facility requirements.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Service, Parts, and other HO departments for pre-opening requirements.
- Maintain a setup checklist and timeline and ensure activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on pending works and deliveries.
- Prepare regular status updates and reports for management.
- Support the showroom team during the pre-opening and initial operational period.
- Handle other coordination and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
