Key Responsibilities

· Daily production data entry and updating of records.

· Maintain Dyeing & Printing production reports in Excel/software.

· Prepare and update daily MIS, production sheets and reports.

· Enter and maintain Job Work / Production / Process-related data.

· Maintain records of saree lots, designs, colours, quantities and processing details.

· Prepare challans, inward/outward records and dispatch-related documents.

· Maintain stock and material-related data as required.

· Coordinate with Production, Store, Dispatch, Accounts and other departments for data and documentation.

· Check data accuracy and maintain proper records.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management.

· Maintain computer files and ensure proper documentation of records.

· Handle Excel sheets, formulas, filters, sorting and basic data analysis.

· Perform other computer and MIS-related work assigned by the reporting manager.
