Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and execution of EV, automotive, and technical events.
- Reach out to potential sponsors and industry partners for event sponsorships.
- Connect with colleges, universities, faculty, and student teams.
- Generate leads and maintain the lead database.
- Conduct calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with colleges, teams, sponsors, and event partners.
- Support on-ground event execution and coordination.




- Prepare basic reports and track outreach and conversions.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; Engineering/Management preferred.
- Previous experience/active participation in Formula Student, SAE BAJA, SAE SUPRA, EV competitions, bike/automotive events, or technical fests is required.
- Robust communication and networking skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Comfortable with business development, sponsorship outreach, and lead generation.
- Willing to travel for events and college visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
