Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: Sales Manage Location: Dwarka Sector 7, Near Rampal Chowk, New Delhi
SALARY & INCENTIVES:
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
- Final salary will be decided based on interview performance and relevant experience.
- Performance-based incentives available.
- High performers can earn up to ₹40,000/month including incentives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell GST Franchise products & services.
- Make telecalling and telesales calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and assist customers with their queries.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions and follow-ups.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualification: 12th Pass or above
- Age: 19 to below 30 years
- Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with telecalling and sales.
- Sales/Telesales experience will be preferred.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle customers professionally.
WORKING DETAILS:
- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
