We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Supply Incharge-Warehouse Operations with a unique blend of warehousing and supply chain.You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing warehouse/supply chain strategies.Proficiency in the HR software is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and manage fleet owners,transporters and vehicle vendors.
- Arrange vehicles according to customer load requirements.
- Coordinate with fleet owners for timely vehicle placement and shipment execution.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain strong transporter relationships.
- Verify transporter documents such as RC,Driving License,Insurance,Fitness Certificate,Permit and other compliance documents before onboarding.
- Maintain transporter and vehicle records in the company's system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transportation operations.
- Resolve operational issues related to transporters and vehicle availability.
- Submit daily operational and onboarding reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Skills/Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with M.B.A. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
- Microsoft Office skills and core technical competencies for report preparations and data maintenance are essential.
