We’re Hiring – Wedding & Events Executive

AiR Institute of Realization is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Wedding & Events Executive to manage weddings, religious functions, celebrations, and events at Shivoham Shiva Temple, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle wedding & event enquiries and bookings
- Coordinate with families, clients, vendors, decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.
- Plan and manage events from booking to execution
- Coordinate with temple and internal teams
- Ensure smooth guest handling and event execution
- Manage event schedules, follow-ups, payments, and vendor coordination
- Support in increasing wedding & event bookings

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Wedding Planning, Event Management, Hospitality,



Banquet/Venue Management or Client Relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid coordination, follow-up and vendor-management skills
- Confident, presentable and customer-service oriented
- Willingness to work extended hours during events

Location: Shivoham Shiva Temple, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore
Work Schedule: 12 Hours/ 72 hours week
Experience: 2–5 Years
Salary: As per market standards
