The Sales Manager is responsible for driving exhibitor and sponsorship revenue for the exhibition. This role focuses on recent business development, key account management, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the overall growth and success of the event.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve sales targets for exhibition space
· Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
· Prospect, pitch, and close deals with exhibitors and sponsors
· Manage relationships with existing clients to drive repeat participation
· Act as a key point of contact for high-value accounts
· Develop and implement sales plans aligned with event objectives
· Support pricing strategies and package development
· Track market trends and competitor activity
· Ensure client satisfaction and retention
· Upsell additional products such as sponsorships and branding opportunities
· Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports
· Track performance against targets and KPIs
· Work closely with marketing for lead generation campaigns
Experience & Qualifications
· 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in exhibitions/events or B2B industry
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
· Experience in exhibitor or sponsorship sales is preferred
· Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, or related field preferred)

Reports to: Project Director
Location: Employment Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
