We are looking for an experienced Production & Merchandising Supervisor with strong knowledge of men’s shirting fabrics, particularly Yarn Dyed and Digital Printed fabrics.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle production planning and daily follow-up.
* Manage Yarn Dyed & Digital Print fabric orders.
* Coordinate with weaving, dyeing, printing, processing and finishing units.
* Follow up on samples, approvals, bulk production and dispatch.
* Monitor fabric quality, shade, construction, shrinkage and defects.
* Coordinate with customers, suppliers, CAD/design and production teams.
* Maintain order status, production reports and delivery schedules.
* Solve production issues and ensure timely delivery.
Candidate Profile
* Strong knowledge of men’s shirting fabrics.
* Experience in Yarn Dyed & Digital Printing.
* Good understanding of fabric count, construction, GSM, width and shrinkage.
* Solid follow-up, communication and problem-solving skills.
* Should be able to independently handle multiple orders.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
