About the Role:
We are a premium 3-branch salon chain in Gorakhpur seeking an aggressive, tech-savvy Brand & Reputation Manager. You will not just handle social media graphics—your main core job is driving physical walk-in traffic and high-value revenue milestones.Core Duties:

- Maintain Local SEO hygiene to bring all branches into the Google Maps Top 3 Pack.
- Coordinate directly with floor stylists to execute high-volume 5-star customer review loops.
- Shoot, edit, and publish 3+ high-retention collaborative Instagram Reels every week with Gorakhpur-based fitness, beauty, and lifestyle micro-influencers.
- Build B2B corporate and tie-up partnerships with local premium gyms, private hospitals, and luxury housing councils.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in local digital marketing, agency execution, or high-end retail guest relations in Gorakhpur/Lucknow.
- Proficient with smartphone video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, VN Editor).
- Excellent spoken Hindi and basic skilled English communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
