What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • A set of international accounting standards stating how particular types of transactions and other events should be reported in financial statements.




What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Accounting & Financial Reporting Standards - P5 • Secondary skill - Accounting Journal Entries - P5
Roles and Responsibilities: • End-to-End R2R Process Management - Oversee the entire record-to-report cycle, from journal entries to final reporting • Positive understanding of Accounting skills like Accruals, Prepaid, Payroll etc. • Account Reconciliation - Ensure accuracy of financial records by reconciling accounts regularly • Financial Statement Preparation - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards • Audit Support - Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications • Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to financial regulations, corporate policies, and internal controls • Collaboration Across Teams - Work closely with FP&A;, and other finance functions to streamline processes and improve reporting • Data Analysis - Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement • Policy Implementation - Contribute to the development and enforcement of accounting policies and procedures • Proactive approach to problem solving. • Flexible with shift timing. • Demonstrate customer centric behavior. • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
