Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & other platforms.

- Create and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars with dates, platforms, formats, topics, captions, creatives, hashtags and posting status.

- Plan content for Reels, Stories, posts, campaigns, offers, events, launches, festivals, contests & giveaways.

- Research trending topics, reels, sounds, hashtags, memes and competitor activities.

- Write engaging captions, social media copy and creative content ideas.

- Coordinate with designers, writers, video editors and clients for content creation and approvals.

- Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.

- Monitor comments, messages and brand mentions and respond professionally.

- Track reach, views, likes, comments, shares,



followers and engagement.

- Prepare monthly/quarterly social media performance reports and suggest improvements.

- Maintain records of content, performance data, photos, videos and creative assets.

- Ensure all content follows the brand’s tone, look and messaging.

Skills: Creativity, communication, copywriting, trend research, social media management, Canva, Meta Business Suite, analytics and team coordination.
