Performance Marketing – Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
- Drive high-performing lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns focused on conversions and measurable business outcomes.
- Manage Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Remarketing, Retargeting, and Lead Generation campaigns across multiple industries and sectors.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Develop audience strategies including targeting, segmentation, lookalike audiences, retargeting, and remarketing to maximize campaign efficiency.
- Manage campaign budgets, conduct A/B testing, and scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability and ROI.
- Develop and optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, conversion funnels, pixels, UTM parameters, and tracking frameworks.




- Analyze campaign and audience data using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Collaborate with SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative, and PR teams to build integrated paid + organic growth strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts, present campaign strategies and performance reports, identify growth opportunities, and stay updated with AI tools, platform trends, automation, and emerging digital technologies.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
