Job Summary

We are looking for a Stores & Dispatch Executive to manage inventory, warehouse operations, and dispatch activities while ensuring accurate stock records and timely movement of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily stores, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
- Receive, inspect, and maintain raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Ensure proper storage and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and other required records.
- Coordinate with transporters, sales, production, and accounts teams for smooth dispatch.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and timely dispatch of finished products.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO and proper batch-wise inventory management.
- Maintain records of batch numbers, quantities, and movement of stock.
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of products.




- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and excess inventory.
- Support regular stock audits and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable liquor industry regulations.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, or Dispatch, preferably in the liquor/FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel preferred.
- Solid coordination and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage stock accurately.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
