A Mumbai-based women's ethnic wear label built around India's craft traditions — block print, chikankari, bandhani and dabu — made for women who want to wear desi pride every day, not just at weddings. We are a fast-moving D2C brand selling across our own online stores and Amazon, and our content is where the brand actually lives.

The Role

We are looking for a creative, fast-paced Junior Video Editor who understands social media, storytelling and visual aesthetics. You will be cutting reels, shorts, ad creatives and shoot content that goes out to our audience daily. If you are passionate about making people stop scrolling and you love keeping up with trends, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and paid ad creatives

Turn scripts, creative briefs and raw shoot footage into finished content on tight timelines

Work closely with the social media and production teams on shoot days and in post-production

Research competitor content, trending audio, transitions and editing styles, and bring those ideas into our work

Maintain a consistent brand look across all output — colour, pacing, typography and tone

Requirements

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro





Comfortable editing on mobile apps such as CapCut, VN, InShot and similar tools

Solid understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts and current social media trends

Basic knowledge of videography — camera settings, framing and lighting

Good understanding of storytelling and the ability to edit to scripts and creative briefs

Interest in fashion and clothing brands, with a willingness to research competitors and content trends

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, pacing and attention to detail

Basic understanding of shoot planning, including call sheets and on-set coordination

Ability to work in a fast-moving startup environment, take feedback positively and meet deadlines

Additional Points

Have experience editing content for fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands

Can contribute creative ideas beyond editing

Stay updated with viral editing styles, transitions and platform algorithms

Have basic motion graphics or Adobe After Effects skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
