Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, compliance, and reporting for our company.
The role involves managing franchise billing, royalty/fee billing and collections, statutory compliance, keeping reports in excel and support seniors with with accurate financial information.
Key Responsibilities
1) Ensure timely and accurate preparation of invoices, e‑invoicing, and e‑way bills.
2) Supervise day‑to‑day accounting.
3) Manage GST and TDS compliance, preparing and sending correct data to consultant.
4) Collaborate with AR and AP executives to streamline accounting and compliance processes.
5) Preparing and updating costing data and control over purchase prices.
6) Preparing and updating different management reports.
Skill Requirements
1) Advanced working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
2) Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, e‑invoicing, and e‑way bills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in FMCG, distribution, franchise, or retail industry accounting.
