Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator with solid knowledge of computer networking, IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting to manage and maintain our organization's IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and internet issues
- Manage IP addresses, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and network security
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and other IT equipment
- Monitor network and system performance and resolve technical issues
- Handle IT hardware and software troubleshooting
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
- Configure and troubleshoot CCTV, biometric systems, and other network-connected devices
- Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, and asset records
- Coordinate with internet service providers and external IT vendors when required
- Ensure regular backups and basic IT security practices

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Networking fundamentals
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP,



DNS, NAT, VPN
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi access points
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and basic server administration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of network security and access management
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve IT issues

Preferred

- CCNA or equivalent networking certification
- Experience with MikroTik, Cisco, Fortinet, TP-Link, Ubiquiti, or similar networking equipment
- Experience managing office IT infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of virtualization and cloud services

Someone who can take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot networking issues independently, and ensure that the organization's IT infrastructure remains reliable and secure.
