Job title- Freelance Sales Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking self-motivated, high-performing Freelancer Sales Consultant / Sales Partners to join our team on an independent contractor basis. In this role, you will identify, counsel, and enroll college students and IT professionals into our premium AWS Cloud certification and hands-on career upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently identify and reach out to prospective engineering students, computer science graduates, and early-career IT professionals.
- Conduct virtual or phone counseling sessions to explain AWS career roadmaps, hands-on lab features, and certification value.
- Overcome prospect objections, present program ROI, and guide candidates through the complete enrollment process.
- Maintain complete pricing discipline and manage client communications professionally.
- Track independent lead pipelines and submit verified enrollment details for commission processing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, telesales, EdTech counseling, or community/campus outreach.




- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (knowledge of regional languages like Tamil or Hindi is a plus).
- Ability to independently generate outbound leads via personal networks, college channels, LinkedIn, or tech communities (company lead lists are not provided).
- Basic understanding of IT/Cloud technology education or ability to quickly learn technical program features.
- Access to a phone/laptop and secure internet connection.
