- Handling Finish Product (FP) Raw Material (RM) & Packing Material (PM) procurement as per requirements
- Placing purchase orders and regular follow-ups with suppliers
- Purchase bill entry, rate verification, and GST checking
- Vendor communication for rate finalization, delivery confirmation, and quality compliance
- Sales order entry & sales invoice preparation
- ADC and customs clearance document preparation
- Production coordination to ensure timely completion of orders with required specifications
- Ensuring packing material quality & availability
- Preparing product sheets and documentation
- Design correction & artwork coordination (labels, mono cartons, boxes) using Corel Draw
- Artwork approval coordination with management and printing vendors
- Handle Logistical operations and communications with Freight Forwarders
- Supporting daily operations and assisting production workflow

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Purchasing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pharma: 1 year (Required)
- Logistics: 1 year (Preferred)
