Shift Hours: Early Morning (4 am - 1 noon)

Key Responsibilities:

- Exceptional English Proficiency: Must possess strong English communication skills.
- Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service via multiple channels, including calls, messages, and emails.
- Customer Retention: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Office-Based Role: This position requires working from the office.
- Daily Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting.

Qualifications:

- Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
