Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Handle end-to-end statutory compliance, including GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return & LUT), TDS, Advance Tax, VAT, EPF, ESI, IEC renewal and other applicable regulatory filings, ensuring accurate and timely payments, returns and adherence to statutory deadlines.

2. Audit & MCA Compliance: Coordinate statutory audits by providing financial data, schedules, reconciliations and supporting documents, while handling audit queries, MCA filings and corporate compliances to ensure timely completion of all statutory requirements.

3. MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare quarterly MIS, annual management reports and financial summaries, analyze financial information and provide key insights to management for effective decision-making.

4. Internal Audit & Accounts Review: Conduct internal audits and review accounting records, transactions, controls, ledgers and reconciliations for India and Saudi operations, ensuring accuracy, identifying discrepancies and supporting timely resolution of accounting issues.

5. Month-End Closing & Bank Reconciliation: Manage month-end closing activities,



including review of accounts, necessary adjustments, BRS preparation and reconciliation, investigation of discrepancies, and timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding items.

6. Finance & Accounting Support: Provide finance and accounting support to customers and internal teams, including resolving queries, providing guidance based on IFRS/GAAP, supporting product development and accounting requirements, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure smooth financial processes.

7. The company has operations in India and Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications and Skills:

1-2 year of experience.

B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CMA / CA Intermediate qualification preferred.

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
