The Boutique Operations Specialist (BOS) :-will be responsible for managing the boutique’s commercial, accounting and operational activities, ensuring accurate and smooth day-to-day operations.

- Manage daily cash counter operations, billing and GHS activities.
- Conduct EOD cash settlement, reconciliation and final cash checks.
- Handle GEP/TEP dispatch, invoice and documentation verification.
- Prepare and maintain revenue reports and revenue reconciliation.
- Manage daily stock inward and outward processes.
- Handle Merchandiser Recall Dispatch and related documentation.
- Manage commercial communications and maintain the Global Register.
- Coordinate and assist with BOS Room activities and Customer Order Box opening.
- Perform Cash Dimension final checks and provide cash counter backup.
- Coordinate with HO,



Finance and internal teams for commercial and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company processes, controls and audit requirements.

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MIS and reporting.
- Strong understanding of stock/inventory processes and documentation.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial and commercial information.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Prior experience in retail, jewellery or commercial/store operations will be preferred.
