Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Advisor to handle accident repair customers, insurance claims, vehicle estimation, job cards, and coordination with the body shop team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customers for accident and body repair requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates.
- Prepare and maintain job cards.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors.
- Handle insurance claim documentation and approval follow-up.
- Coordinate with denting, painting, and repair teams.
- Track repair progress and update customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Conduct final inspection before delivery.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Achieve body shop revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Body Shop Advisor / Service Advisor.
- Experience in automobile dealership, accident repair, and insurance claims preferred.
- Knowledge of vehicle estimation, denting and painting.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Automobile Diploma/ITI/Degree preferred.
- EV experience will be an added advantage.
