Business Development & Sales Executive – Varniqo Media

Varniqo Media is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development & Sales Executive to help us acquire new clients and grow our digital marketing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate current business opportunities and potential clients. Reach out to businesses through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media and direct meetings.

Understand client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions. Handle sales discussions, follow-ups and client negotiations.

Convert leads into paying clients and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth project onboarding.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills. Previous experience in sales/business development is preferred. Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply. Ability to generate leads and approach potential clients independently. Target-oriented, confident and self-motivated. Basic understanding of digital marketing will be an advantage.
