We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller with 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, customer handling, follow-ups, and property sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided enquiries.
- Explain real estate projects, property details, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
- Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, site visits, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site-visit targets.




- Coordinate with the sales team for customer follow-ups and site visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information professionally.
- Maintain valuable relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Share regular updates regarding customer follow-ups and site visits with management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in real estate/property sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
