About the Role

DIAMETRIC BUILDS PVT LTD is looking for a hardworking and responsible Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper site execution, quality, material management, and timely completion of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction and site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Read and understand civil and structural drawings.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure proper execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and vendors.
- Monitor manpower and material requirements at the site.
- Check site measurements and maintain daily site records.
- Supervise activities such as RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, brickwork, plaster, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
- Identify and report site issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize wastage.
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR)



and maintain site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety rules and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members for smooth project execution.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Strong supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 1 year or more than 1 year of relevant experience in civil site execution.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered based on requirements.
- Candidates should be willing to work across Noida, Delhi, and Faridabad as per project requirements.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000+ per month
Additional: Work-based Incentives
