We are looking for a Admission Counsellor with relevant experience in EdTech, Online Education, Student Counseling . The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, managing leads, driving conversions, and supporting students throughout the complete admission journey.

Role & Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp to understand their educational background and learning requirements.
- Provide personalized counselling on available programs and career outcomes.
- Guide students in selecting suitable Online programs based on their academic and professional aspirations.
- Manage and follow-up students in complete student admission Process
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission numbers through effective counselling, relationship management, and lead-conversion strategies.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM and lead-management systems.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students through timely communication and structured follow-ups.
- Monitor university programs and industry trends to strengthen counselling and improve conversion strategies.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with relevant work experience in the EdTech industry, particularly in Online Education / Degree, will be preferred.
- Prior experience in enrolling students in Online programs will be strongly preferred.
- Candidates with proven experience in Student Counselling, Admissions, and Enrollment are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, objection-handling, relationship management.
- Professionals who are comfortable working in a high-performance and result-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM, lead-management, or sales-tracking systems is preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with Online Universities, EdTech companies, Education Consultants, or Online Learning platforms are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Industry Background

Candidates with relevant experience from companies such as College Vidya, Jaro Education, Edhike, UExT, ZSAPIENS, upGrad, Amity Online, Manipal Online, Jain Online,



or other similar EdTech / Online Education organizations will be preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Student Outreach Manager to join our growing team.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduates from CBSE/ICSE background.

Experience: 3-5 Years experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience of counseling for online education will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage student outreach programs and institutional partnerships.

Represent the organization at academic forums and educational events.

Assist students in exploring and accessing educational opportunities.

Compensation: ₹3.5 LPA - 5.5 LPA (CTC) with performance-based incentives.
