Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our sales and business development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in B2B sales, lead generation, client communication, and business growth and want to gain practical experience in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in generating leads through LinkedIn, email, calling, and online research.
- Identify relevant decision-makers and maintain prospect information.
- Support cold calling and email outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in scheduling client meetings.
- Maintain lead trackers, databases, and sales reports.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and communicate client requirements.
- Monitor and update the sales pipeline.




- Support the Business Development team in achieving lead generation and business targets.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in sales and business development.
- Good research and analytical abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
