Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to connect with customers, generate leads, explain products or services, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive approach toward customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain products, services, offers, and relevant information clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build a positive relationship.




- Update customer details and call records accurately.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further customer follow-up.
- Work towards assigned daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements

- Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
- Positive verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer conversations confidently.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a team.
- Graduation / 12th pass can be considered based on experience.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
