We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our office team. The candidate will be responsible for making calls to customers, explaining our products/services, following up with leads, and maintaining valuable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Handle customer questions and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain call records and update customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with the office/sales team when required.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
- Willingness to learn and achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
