Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to join a reputed CBSE school in Kalwa, Thane. The primary responsibility of this role will be end-to-end recruitment, especially hiring teachers and school staff. The role will also involve handling essential HR operations and supporting the school management in day-to-day HR matters.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Primary Responsibility

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments and prepare hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on the school's requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further rounds with the school management.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified teaching and non-teaching candidates.
- Handle recruitment for PRT, TGT, PGT, Coordinators, Admin, Support Staff and other school positions.
- Coordinate interview schedules, candidate follow-ups, selection and offer process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates to management.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

HR Operations – Secondary Responsibility

- Support joining and onboarding formalities of selected candidates.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Assist with attendance, leave and basic HR documentation.
- Support implementation of HR policies and school processes.
- Coordinate employee queries and basic HR-related concerns.
- Assist with employee engagement and other HR initiatives as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with school HR processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a school/education environment.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring teachers and school staff will be an added advantage.
- Positive knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Candidates with experience in CBSE/ICSE/International schools will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
