Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Alaara Lakehouse is a premium dining destination known for its serene ambience and curated culinary experiences. We are looking for a skilled chef with expertise in Continental, Chinese, and Indian cuisines to deliver exceptional dishes and maintain high kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present a variety of Continental, Chinese, and Indian dishes with consistency and high quality.

Design and update menu offerings in line with current food trends and customer preferences.

Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, and plating standards.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.

Manage inventory, food stock, and kitchen supplies efficiently.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor food quality and ensure timely service during peak hours.

Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role.





Hands-on experience in Continental, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Indian, and other international cuisines.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, sauces, plating, and flavour profiles across multiple cuisines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.

Team player with good communication skills.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.

Experience in a fine-dining or premium restaurant setup.
