What you’ll do:

- Connect with inbound and assigned leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand prospects' career goals, background and requirements.
- Counsel prospective students and recommend the right FINXL programme.
- Explain course curriculum, career outcomes, fees and batch schedules.
- Handle objections, answer queries and confidently move prospects towards enrolment.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into admissions against monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Build strong rapport with students and their families.
- Participate in counselling sessions, webinars and information sessions.
- Follow up with newly enrolled students during onboarding.
- Track calls, conversions, follow-ups and pipeline performance and report the same to the manager.

What we’re looking for:

- 0–2 years in BDE, inside sales,



telecalling, admissions counselling or education sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing abilities can apply.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent spoken English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking to students/parents over the phone.
- Robust listening and counselling skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/lead-tracking tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
