Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and communication-focused professional to identify national and international academic conferences, develop partnerships with universities and conference organizers, and coordinate publication opportunities with STM Journals.

Key Responsibilities

- Research upcoming national and international academic conferences.
- Contact universities, conference organizers, professors, conveners, and institutional representatives.
- Develop conference and journal publication partnerships.
- Present STM Journals’ publication opportunities and special-issue proposals.
- Coordinate proposals, MoUs, publication charges, timelines, and partnership documentation.
- Follow up with conference organizers for papers and partnership closures.
- Coordinate received manuscripts with editorial and publication teams.




- Maintain conference databases, communication records, and regular reports.
- Achieve assigned targets for conference partnerships, MoUs, and paper acquisition.

Education Qualification

Candidates must have any one of the following:

- B.Sc.
- M.Sc.
- MBA – Marketing
- B.Tech
- M.Tech

Required Skills

Strong English communication, online research, institutional outreach, email and telephone communication, negotiation, follow-up, MS Excel/Word, database management, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in academic publishing, conferences, institutional partnerships, marketing, business development, journal publishing, or research outreach will be preferred.
