Macro Global is a growing education and immigration consultancy providing services related to IELTS/PTE, study abroad, study visas, immigration, visitor visas, work permits, and air ticketing.
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Moga.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and clients from the provided database.
- Explain Macro Global’s education, immigration and related services clearly.
- Understand clients’ requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads through calls and other communication channels.
- Schedule counselling appointments for the counsellors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
- Generate and qualify leads and help convert prospects into clients.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
- Experience: 0–2 years
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, customer service or education/immigration industry experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
