Force Amplify PR & Celebrity Branding Services Limited is looking for a skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and a robust understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, budgets, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve overall performance.
- Generate leads, reach, traffic, and conversions through paid advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research and identify relevant target segments.
- Create and manage retargeting and lookalike audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide optimization recommendations.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, tools, features, policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Meta Ads or paid social advertising preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.




- Knowledge of audience targeting, custom audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, budgets, bidding, and optimization.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.
- Previous digital marketing or agency experience is preferred.
