Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications are designed with scalability and maintainability in mind to support future business growth.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to optimize performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise software solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the application workplace.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between different business systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
