Role Summary
We are hiring an Outreach & Lead Generation Executive to support our sales team by finding high-quality business prospects and generating qualified meetings through structured outbound outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research businesses and identify potential customers based on defined criteria.
- Generate prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google, and other relevant tools.
- Execute daily cold outreach through email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Create personalized outreach messages using AI tools.
- Conduct multiple follow-ups with prospects using a structured outreach process.
- Respond to prospect queries and identify potential opportunities.
- Qualify prospects and pass relevant leads to the sales team.
- Schedule meetings with interested and qualified prospects.
- Maintain CRM/database records and update lead status regularly.
- Prepare basic reports on outreach activities, responses, qualified leads, and meetings.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly lead-generation targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in lead generation/outbound sales/outreach is required.
- Experience using Apollo.io and LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Hands-on knowledge of cold email and WhatsApp outreach.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar tools for prospect research and personalization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive research and data-management abilities.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple prospects.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on generating qualified leads and meetings.
