RCM Calling Executive

Job Description

We are hiring an RCM Calling Executive with experience in US Healthcare RCM and Workers’ Compensation claims.

Responsibilities:

- Call US insurance companies for claim status and payment follow-up.
- Handle Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Investigate denied, rejected, and unpaid claims.
- Identify denial/rejection reasons and take corrective action.
- Resubmit corrected claims and follow up until resolution.
- Review EOBs/ERAs and maintain accurate claim records.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of RCM/AR Calling experience.




- Workers’ Compensation experience is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of US Healthcare and Medical Billing.
- Positive English communication skills.
- Knowledge of claims, denials, rejections, and resubmissions.
- Comfortable working in US/Night Shift.

Candidates without RCM Calling and Workers’ Compensation experience will not be considered.
