Genesys Cloud CX Conversational AI Engineer (Design & Speech)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Genesys Cloud CX Conversational AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent customer experiences using Genesys Cloud CX, Dialogflow CX, Conversational AI, and speech technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience building voice bots, virtual agents, NLP-driven IVRs, and AI-powered customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

- Design conversational experiences for voice and digital channels.
- Build Voice Bots and Virtual Agents.
- Develop Dialogflow CX solutions.
- Design Architect Voice Flows.
- Optimize NLP models and customer intents.
- Configure speech recognition and conversational routing.
- Integrate AI agents with backend systems using REST APIs.




- Analyze conversation analytics and improve customer experience.
- Participate in cloud migration initiatives.
- Produce technical documentation.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
