About the Company

New Noida Industries Pvt Ltd is a growing infrastructure and construction company engaged in execution of government and private sector projects across India. We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resource operations from our Head Office in Noida.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process for office and project site staff
- Develop HR policies, employee engagement activities, and performance management systems
- Handle onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, PF, ESIC, and HR documentation
- Coordinate with project teams for manpower planning and workforce management
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture




- Manage appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
- Support management in organizational planning and HR strategy

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR), or related field
- 4–8 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software
- Ability to handle recruitment for both corporate office and site operations

Preferred Skills

- Experience in infrastructure/project-based companies
- Strong coordination and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
